At Woodmade.Wonderwood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original eco-friendly packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
